ASICS GEL KAYANO 22 M

Men's Asics Running Shoe

Blue and Orange

The GEL-Kayano 22 is a serious running shoe for those who experience mild to moderate over pronation through midstance. This shoe continues to offer its trademark comfort and support with the addition of a newly engineered jacquard mesh upper for breathability and a strengthened Guidance Trusstic, enhancing stability. A Fluid Ride midsole provides the ultimate soft under-foot feeling, while GEL units coupled with a unique rearfoot set up slows the speed of pronation and cushion shock. The GEL-Kayano 22’s forefoot construction allows for much greater flexibility to deliver better running efficiency. Furthermore, rearfoot comfort and support has been amplified through a new external Heel Counter. Every year the GEL-Kayano raises the bar and the 22 is no exception, showcasing the latest and greatest in ASICS running footwear technology.

Product Features:

  • A two layered midsole that provides the ultimate in “bounce back” & cushioning characteristics. While also lightweight, it is great for runners who compress the midsole

  • An upgrade of the current DuoMax system by distributing local pressure proportionally to increase stability while providing improved comfort

  • This new Trusstic System integrates Guidance Line construction providing enhanced gait efficiency and structural integrity to the midfoot.

  • Molded compound under midfoot area. Provides a controlled and contoured midsole while improving arch support and torsion stability

  • Employs 45 degree hardness Solyte Lasting material for soft platform feel

  • Attenuates shock during impact and toe-off phases, and allows movement in multiple planes as the foot transitions through the gait cycle.
