Terms and Conditions
Competition entries can be made from 00:01am AWST on 1/11/2025 until 11.59pm AWST on 24/11/2025. AU Res 18+. Retain proof of purchase. Max 1 entry per transaction. $200 minimum spend to be eligible. Drawn: 1/12/2025 to 12/12/2025.
Terms of Entry
Competition entries can be made from 00:01am AWST on Saturday 1 November 2025 until 11.59pm AWST on Monday 24 November 2025 (‘Competition Period’) through the Company’s website:
Entries received outside the Competition period will not be eligible or accepted.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
Entry is conditional upon entrants purchasing any product(s) with a total transaction amount of $200AUD or more in a single transaction Jim Kidd Sports (in-store or online) and providing proof of such transactions in the form of a valid purchase receipt number and entering online via the above websites.
The Company takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected or damaged however caused.
Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted, subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers.
Who May Enter
The Competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.
The Competition is not open to:
Employees of the Company;
Parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Competition; and
Any immediate family members or any of the abovementioned parties.
Selecting the Winners
One winner per day will be selected from Monday 1 December 2025 to Friday 12 December 2025 for a total of twelve winners.
Each day’s winner will be drawn before 5:00pm AWST. Weekend draws will be drawn on the next business day and announced by 5:00pm AWST. The marketing team will use a random number generator to determine the winner for each draw. Winners will be drawn at 55 Excellence Drive WANGARA, WA 6065.
Competition winners will be notified by email or phone. The Company will use its best endeavours to contact the winners, the decision to not award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole discretion of the Company
The prizes may be redeemed or collected at any Jim Kidd Sports store or sent via post at the discretion of the prize winner. Winners will be asked their preference by email or phone. The Company can not change redemption or collection method once a choice has been made. If within one month after the determination of the winners, a prize has not been claimed by the winner, the Company will take all reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the prize winner. At the conclusion of the one month if the prize(s) cannot be delivered, the Company will redraw a new winner(s) as per the number of prizes unclaimed. This will be announced by 5:00pm AWST 12 January 2025. The redrawn winners will be contacted via email or phone.
A person purporting to be a prize winner may be required to provide proof of identity and to verify any other eligibility requirements.
Prizes
The prize may be expressed as having a specified monetary value in products. Prize recipients may select multiple items, provided that the aggregate retail value of such items does not exceed the specified prize value. In the event that the total retail value of the selected items exceeds the specified prize value, the prize recipient shall either:
- forfeit one or more selected items such that the aggregate retail value of the remaining items is equal to or less than the specified prize value; or
- elect to pay the difference between the total retail value of the selected items and the specified prize value.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other goods or services.
Publication of winner’s details
The Promoter will publish last name, first initial and post code of the Competition winners on the Company’s Social Media platforms on the days they are drawn and that information shall remain posted there for at least 14 days.
Privacy and use of personal information
In accordance with the Privacy Act (1988) (Cth), the Company notifies entrants that entry to the Competition involves the collection of personal information about entrants, such as their name, address, mobile phone number and email address. This is collected for the purpose of establishing eligibility, carrying out the Competition and notifying the winner. If the information is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Competition.
Each entrant consents to the Company using their personal information provided in connection with their entry, for the purposes of undertaking any investigation in connection with verifying the identity of an entry or any suspected tampering.
Each entrant consents to the Company and its authorised licensees using the entrant’s name in the event that they are the winner, in any media for an unlimited period of time, without remuneration or compensation, for the purposes of promoting the outcome of this Competition.
Where a recipient elects to have the prize posted, they acknowledge promoter will be required to share identifying information with The Australian Postal Corporation for the purpose of enabling secure document collection & delivery, and they will be required to present a valid identification document that matches the stored information.
Discontinuation of the Competition or Disqualification of an Entrant
The Company reserves the right to discontinue the Competition at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the Competition without the need to provide compensation to entrants or attempted entrants, subject to relevant legislation.
Exclusion of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any prizes.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Company or its employee, in connection with the arrangements for the supply of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the prize winner.
The Company’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition will be final.
The Company is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
The Company is under no obligation to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their representatives, in any matters relating to the Competition unless the entrant is drawn as a winner.
