Returns & Refund Policy

We encourage our customers to choose carefully as we do not offer a refund if a customer simply changes their mind.

In-store Purchases

You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund when item(s) have a fault, such as:
◦ When it is faulty;
◦ Wrongly described; or
◦ Different from a sample shown to you.

Faulty or wrongly described goods can be taken back to any Jim Kidd Sports Store to be assessed. When returning the goods you will need to show proof of purchase i.e. a receipt or a bank transaction.

If the Store Manager does not feel they are able to make an assessment, they will get the Brand Rep involved as they are the ones who need to make the final decision on if the item has a defect which has caused the fault, or if it comes down to the item breaking down because of wear and tear.

We are not required to replace your product if you simply change your mind.
However, if you are not happy with your product our Store Manager may, at their discretion, decide to exchange or provide you with a Gift Card, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Online Orders

Online orders should be made carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect order of goods; however, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or an online/store credit.

Online orders can be returned to any Jim Kidd Sports store for an exchange as long as they meet the below criteria:

◦ Original invoice is shown as proof of purchase,

◦ Items are in their original condition and unworn,

◦ Items are returned with the price and product tags still attached to the item, and

◦ Items are returned in their original packaging.

In the cases of exchanges where you cannot get to a Jim Kidd Sports store to make the exchange; customers will incur the cost for the item(s) to be shipped back to our Online Department and then the cost for the replacement goods to be sent back out. Store credits will be issued in the form of a single use discount code for your next online order.

In cases where you require a refund and you are unable to return your goods to one of our stores we will send you a return shipping label where you can post the goods back to our Online Department and your replacement, credit or refund will be processed.

Faulty Items

If an item is deemed faulty by the relevant supplier of the company, the customer is first entitled to a repair then a credit note or a refund.
