Refund policy

We encourage our customers to choose carefully as we do not offer a refund if a customer simply changes their mind.

Customers are permitted to exchange an item within 60 days for an alternative item.

In-Store Purchases

You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund when item(s) have a fault, such as:

  • When it is faulty;
  • Wrongly described; or
  • Different from a sample shown to you.

Faulty or wrongly described goods can be taken back to any Jim Kidd Sports Store to be assessed. When returning the goods you will need to show proof of purchase i.e. a receipt or a bank transaction. 

Online Orders

You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund only when item(s) are:

  • Faulty;
  • Wrongly described;
  • Out of stock; or
  • Different from a sample shown to you.

If an item is deemed faulty by the relevant supplier company, the customer is first entitled to a repair then a credit note or refund.
