Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

AGREEMENT: This document is an offer by Buyer for the purchase of the Goods specified on the order from Seller in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions. This document, together with any other documents incorporated for reference, constitute the sole and entire agreement between parties with respect to the goods provided. The goods being provided by the seller, specific to this offer, are the Asics Gel Nimbus 19 running shoe models: T700N-9693, T750N-9693, T750N-4832, and is subject to both location and time constraints. The offer will only be made available to customers who have or become a Jim Kidd Sports Member, with the location of the offer being limited to Jim Kidd Sports Watertown. The date of the offer will span from the 16^th of February to the 18^th of February 2018; and is limited solely to the stock available on hand.
