Product Description
The GEL-VENTURE® 11 (Wide) shoe is designed to help provide good comfort for daily wear.
AMPLIFOAM™ PLUS cushioning in the midsole is reinforced by a 2mm higher stack height. These updates help you experience better impact absorption and more comfort throughout the day.
The upper is also modified with no-sew details for a more comfortable fit.

Rearfoot GEL® technology: Shock-attenuating material placed in the midsole of the shoe for cushioning and shock absorption.
AMPLIFOAM™ PLUS cushioning: Midsole cushioning that provides a more soft and comfortable ride than standard AMPLIFOAM™.
OrthoLite™ Hybrid Max Lite sockliner: Designed to help provide advanced moisture management, breathability, and cushioning properties.
Molded rubber outsole.
The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology.

Shipping Information
ONLINE ORDERS
Once you have placed your order, you will receive 2 emails from our team - the first to say your order has been confirmed, will arrive in your inbox immediately, and the second once your order has been dispatched via Australia Post or is ready for collection at you nominated collection location.
If you haven’t received your email confirming your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. If your order confirmation email is not in your spam folder, please contact us at onlinesales@jimkiddsports.com.au with your name and the amount your order was for, and we can confirm the correct spelling of your email address.
These emails will be sent from onlinesales@jimkiddsports.com.au (which may be filtered into your Spam/Junk folder). It's advised that you use your personal email address (@gmail, @bigpond, @optus.net or similar) as most government emails (@finance.wa.gov.au) have active enabled spam/junk filters and our email to you may get lost in the spam folder or rejected.
If we encounter any inventory issues or problems with your order, we will contact you via the email address provided when placing your order. In the event that an ordered item is unavailable, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email to arrange an agreeable alternative item or refund. This email will come from our online sales department at onlinesales@jimkiddsports.com.au.
If our team does not hear from you within 7 days regarding order unavailability, you will automatically be refunded to the nominated payment method used upon ordering.
In some cases, items in your order may need to be transferred from one of our retail stores to our Online Department at our Wangara Warehouse before dispatch. If this is required, it may add an additional 1–2 business days to our standard dispatch timeframe.
Postage applicable to returns and exchanged items (other than any item deemed faulty) is at the customers expense.
CLICK & COLLECT
Click & Collect allows you to shop online and collect your order from your nearest Jim Kidd Sports store, at no extra cost.
Please note that this is not an instant service.
We ask that you ensure you have received the "Your Order is Ready" email prior to visiting your chosen collection location.
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for your order to be ready for collection at your selected pick-up location.
Please note that not all online items are stocked at every store. If your selected item is not available in-store, it will be transferred from our Wangara Warehouse via the store’s next weekly delivery.
We have made changes to our Click & Collect destinations. At this stage, we are only offering Click & Collect at Clarkson, DFO, Ellenbrook, Joondalup, Mandurah, Morley, Rockingham, Watertown and Wangara.
SHIPPING
We currently only offer shipping within Australia and its Territories. We are unable to make exceptions to this at this time.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 - 4 business days (Monday - Friday). We do not operate on weekend nor public holidays. If we need to order your item for you or have it transferred from one of our stores, we may need additional days to dispatch your order. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email that will give the time-frame for your parcel to be delivered.
Once dispatched from our warehouse we have no control over delivery time-frame, that falls to Australia Post.
If your order is being posted to a Regional Areas within Australia, or if your order is a bulky order, there may also be additional charges depending on the weight. In these instances we will contact you via the contact information provided to us by you when the order was placed.
A signature will be required to receive your order. If no one is available to sign for your package, a card will be left and it is then up to the receiver to organise for the collection/delivery of the package.
Alternatively you may choose to give Authority to Leave by ticking the box and leaving any delivery instructions in the "Add order note" section of the My Cart page.
